October 27, 2014: Sizing is two sizes smaller than it says. XL fits like a medium in the US. Not sure who thought this sizing was correct, but it does not match normal sizing. I wear an XL at all stores and online stores I shop at - so this is way off. Don't know about washing yet - reordered up two sizes and will see how it fits then and washes. Will wash in cold water and hang dry because I read it shrinks. These should really be preshrunk. Heck, maybe they are and that's why they are 2 sizes too small. I'll post an updated review later.
October 26, 2014: Love it with showing off of curves
October 6, 2014: Absolutely love this shirt; I ordered the purple one last year. I always wear a small, but after reading reviews, measured according to the sizing chart, and ordered a large. It fits perfectly.
April 21, 2014: Sizing does run small. I had to go up 2 sizes. It is an awesome shirt though. I love it!
April 14, 2014: I read the other review about this tunic running small, so I read the sizing chart closely. You will note that size 3XL jumps 7" in the chest from XXL (when all of the other sizes only increase by 2" per size increase - it's a misprint. 3XL is about a 42" chest. I asked their customer service department about it, but got no reply...
I love this tunic. It is lightweight and does need to be washed in cold, and probably not dried or it will shrink. Gotten lots of compliments.
The photo shown here has had the colors oversaturated - the colors are not as vibrant or bright as shown.
April 4, 2014: Cute styling, BUT low quality fabric. It shrinks and runs 1-2 sizes small. Arms are very skinny.
April 1, 2014: I love this shirt but it has no give in it at all and it is tight. I bought the small as the patchwork zipper jacket I bought from here only came in S/M and that one is too big for me! The jacket is quite stretchy but this top is not, it may be patchwork but the feel of the material is totally different from the patchwork jackets. I am very disappointed in this one even though I will only be wearing it to Morris Dance in! The colors are very pretty though:~)
March 31, 2014: Yep I ordered up it's tight not completely unwearable but close.
I really don't like tight clothes anyway it's just my issue or O.C.D. but I weigh 138 and am 5'6 and very small chested and very flat belly, a large is almost unwearable for me and probably by the end of the I will have ripped it off.
really just don't waste your money on this one.
Everything else I have gotten from this site I absolutely love so one bad after hundreds spent I guess is pretty good batting record
March 29, 2014: Love the fit and colors!
March 27, 2014: This is the forth shirt I have gotten and the other three I really love bu I was very disappointed with this one. It is running at least a size and a half smaller than the others and the material is of a poorer quality than the other three shirts I have gotten.
So to anyone ordering this shirt be warned and by at least two sizes larger.
March 20, 2014: Nice shirt but you need to order a size larger than what you would normally wear. I thought the shirt fit great other than across the chest where it is really tight. Otherwise, the shirt is great and I just love the colours!
March 6, 2014: Well, I thought I'd avoid the problems noted in the previous reviews by ordering their very largest size, but no. I bought the 3XL, which is supposed to be 47 inches in the chest. It actually measures 41. Ridiculous, especially when you consider it's 100% cotton and needs to be handwashed cold to accommodate it. Someone has seriously misrepresented something here. I think it is beautiful, but I am sadly returning it for a refund and miffed that I will have to pay postage to do so.
March 5, 2014: This is absolutely beautiful but I do wish I had read the reviews first. It is unwearable. I wear a medium across the board and I got a large just in case. My arms won't fit in the sleeves and it cuts into my chest and the rest is so tight I almost had to rip it to get it off. I'm hoping I can exchange it for a 2xl. I checked the sizing chart, it is way off.
February 12, 2014: Love it!! Yes, you should order one size bigger, but it fits perfectly. It hugs my waist, versus being too loose. Just as cute in person as the pics!
February 5, 2014: I absolutely love this shirt, but it runs incredibly small! VERY, VERY disappointed!
February 4, 2014: This shirt is extremely small. I ordered XXL and it is more like a normal small - medium. Beware when you buy this.
February 3, 2014: As beautiful as this tunic is, I am so disappointed with how it is sized. I bought a size larger than what I normally wear to be on the safe size, and it does not come close to fitting me. Very disappointed!
January 21, 2014: I love this shirt! It looks even better than shown. It runs small through the chest so keep in mind when ordering size.
December 25, 2013: Be Aware! This is a beautiful shirt and I was very excited for it to arrive until I tried it on. I normally wear a 2XL but ordered a 3XL based on reviews from other people. This shirt is sized extremely small - the 3XL is sized as a a XL or 1XL. I have ordered shirts from Greater Good in the past and have never had a problem with sizing, Sadly will be returning and will not have this beautiful shirt to wear.
November 18, 2013: The shirt is pretty and looks as pictured. However it runs extremely small. I wear a M and got and XL and it is tight. The dye smell was overwhelming when I opened the package.
November 16, 2013: I am glad I bought a large as I usually buy mediums. It's a snug fit, but fits. You may want to re-size these shirts:-) However, I do love mine.. :-)
November 15, 2013: This is REALLY small.....I ordered the biggest size, because I wanted it baggy on me.... and yeah, it doesn't even fit me at all.. I wear a size 1X and I ordered a 3X and its still tooo small.... I'm not even close to a 3X... so make the clothes the right size please... disappointed!
November 14, 2013: I get many compliments on this shirt. I particularly like the contoured fit, which I think makes it look so much nicer. I'm pretty slim so it fits me fine, but I can see how the arms, and maybe the whole thing, might be tight for some. Definitely order a size up.
November 9, 2013: I was SO looking forward to this beautiful shirt! However, when I tried it on, the lower part was so snug over my hips that it did not look attractive at all. I got a medium and I think that was the largest size available when I got it so I didn't have the option of going 1 or 2 sizes larger. Now the larges available size is a small. This will have to go back. I won't wear it like this. Interestingly, in the same order I also got the Diagonal Rays Stonewashed Tee
(Item # 32923) in a S/M size. It also says that it has a contoured fit but that shirt is almost too large for me. I would have though the SMALL/medium would be smaller than the MEDIUM but it didn't work out that way.
October 28, 2013: LOVE this! I heeded recommendations and order 2 sizes larger than normal. (It would have been ok one size longer but two gives me a little extra room since I don't really like super snug.) It is very pretty and I love the longer length.
October 27, 2013: I gave it 2 stars because they shouldn't sell clothing here that runs 2 to 3 sizes too small!! I bought the largest size you have and it is squishy tight. Not a "snug" fit. Come on. Have them label in American sizes, not Nepal.
September 14, 2013: My grand-daughter loves it! & so do I...
August 9, 2013: I ordered an XL and it was too tight. Just reordered and XXL. Hope this one fits.
August 6, 2013: Love this tunic and could not wait til it arrived only to find the sizing very small! Just ordered myself a larger one and will give the other as a gift since the proceeds go to a good cause! Should note size issues tho.
May 9, 2013: Colors are brilliant, vivid & the design is spectacular. ordered a 2XL and it fits like an L-- so the shirt runs rather small. I'd say handwash because the colors may run.
March 16, 2013: This garment isn't sized like other shirts I've bought from this site. I ordered an XL and it was too small all over. I wish I could wear it because it's so pretty but it doesn't fit.
March 7, 2013: I love it! Unique design and colors are wonderful. I ordered a small and it fits like a glove! My family complimented on how it looked on me too. Very nice!
I will not be afraid to order something similar in the future!
March 7, 2013: Love this tunic! Very soft and a beautiful fusion of traditional and modern. Clearly made with love.
February 28, 2013: Regretfully, even though it is beautiful I can't wear it. It is too small. 3xl You don't have any larger. I will have to find a small person to give it to.I will not return it. I believe wholeheartedly in your cause. I wish you would check the sizes and label them correctly. A bit of quality control on your end would result on more sales I think and happier more trusting customers.
February 23, 2013: I love this tunic- very cute. I did buy a large when I usually wear a small (after reading other reviews).
February 19, 2013: So beautiful- fits all my curves just right; in at the waist out at the hips! ...very flattering. I ordered an XL because I have long arms -nice fit for tall/long torso. ;-)
February 5, 2013: This runs very small. I wear a large and it was too small gave it to my daughter and order an xxl and it fit perfect. So order larger than the size you wear.
February 4, 2013: Very cute top but runs very small. Unfortunately, I need to return it... kind of bummed
January 20, 2013: This is a really pretty tunic. They run very small so make sure you order 1-2 sizes larger than you normally would.
October 19, 2012: It's really cute but the proportions are out of whack. the neckline is too big but the torso is too tight and the sleeves too long. I got the biggest size and I'm normally a large.

FINDING YOUR SIZE
Take your measurements with the tape measure over your under garments. If your measurements fall between sizes you may prefer the next larger size. Inseam, skirt and dress lengths vary by style and will be listed in the item description. Our sweaters are knit in standard American sizes, however actual measurements vary by style.
BUST / CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of chest under the arms and over the shoulder blades keeping the tape measure level.
Measure around the smallest part of the waist keeping the tape measure comfortably loose. Most garments use the low waist measurement noted below.
Measure around the body approximately 1.5" below the natural waist (above). This is the area where most pants and skirts actually fit.
Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest part of the body approx 7"-8" below the waist.
Measure around the base of the neck keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.
Bend elbow slightly and starting at the center back of the neck, measure across the shoulder, to the elbow and down to the wrist.
Our standard inseam length for women is 32" and 34" for men; however inseam measurements will vary slightly by style.
